What the current site collects, why it is collected, who helps process it and what you can ask us to do.
1. Who is responsible
Rest Reclaimed is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. The site is operated as a small independent project.

2. Email signups
When you choose to join the mailing list or request an email-delivered resource, the form sends your first name, email address and, where relevant, the resource you asked about to GoHighLevel.
- Purpose: deliver what you requested and send the occasional Rest Reclaimed email described beside the form.
- Legal basis: consent.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or ask for deletion, subject to any necessary suppression record.
Joining is optional. The Appointment Advocacy Pack does not require an email address. Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe route.
3. Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views, referrers, device and browser categories and broad location. Vercel states that this service stores anonymised, aggregated data and does not use cookies or identify visitors across different days or websites.
Vercel Speed Insights
Speed Insights collects real-world performance measurements such as loading speed and visual stability so the site can be improved.
Google Analytics has been removed from the current site build. Rest Reclaimed does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The theme preference may be stored locally in your browser.
4. Contact and technical records
If you email Rest Reclaimed, the message and contact details are used to respond and maintain any necessary record of the conversation. Hosting and security providers may process limited request and error-log information to deliver and protect the site.
Do not send detailed medical records or emergency information through a general website or newsletter form.
5. Optional financial support
Optional support and paid copies of the guides are handled by Gumroad, an external payment platform, at restreclaimed.gumroad.com. When you buy a copy or contribute, Gumroad processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Rest Reclaimed receives your email address and order information from Gumroad, but never your card details, and does not store payment information itself.
6. Processors and transfers
- Vercel: website hosting, privacy-focused analytics and performance measurement.
- GoHighLevel: form handling, CRM and email delivery.
- Gumroad: payment processing and delivery for optional support and paid copies.
These providers may process data outside the UK. Rest Reclaimed must use the provider terms and available transfer safeguards appropriate to that processing. Personal information is not sold for another company’s own marketing.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law can give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@restreclaimed.com to make a request.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Changes and contact
This notice will be updated when the forms, analytics, payment route or project structure changes. Questions and correction requests can be sent to hello@restreclaimed.com.
