4.3 Refund Policy
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. However, for digital content delivered immediately on purchase, this right is waived once you access or download the content — by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost upon accessing the product.
We want you to be satisfied. If you experience a technical problem accessing your product, contact us at hello@restreclaimed.com within 14 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
4.4 Product Access
Digital product links are sent to the email provided at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.
